Sanja Floričić Bogović is the President of the Board of the non-profit organization Croatian American Media Association Corp., which also operates the media platform Croatians Online.
She was born and raised in Istria, where she completed her primary and secondary education. She holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Rijeka, in the field of International Trade and Exchange, and has been living and working in New York for many years, where she is engaged in tax consulting.
Since arriving in New York, she has been an active member of the Croatian community, where, among other things, she has documented the history of Croatians in exile, having been an amateur journalist since the age of 18.
She is the editor of numerous emigrant anthologies and for many years ran the emigrant biweekly Croatian Chronicle. In addition to journalism, she was a board member of prominent non-profit organizations.
