Air France restaurant in Palais de Tokyo
From July 27 to August 11, 2024, Air France invites everyone to explore its world within the walls of the Palais de Tokyo, a famous Parisian cultural institution located near the locations where many sporting events take place, such as the Grand Palais Ephémère, the Eiffel Tower and the Esplanade des Invalides. Between the two competitions or during a visit to the French capital, visitors of all ages will be able to enter for free and walk around the 850 square meter space dedicated to the company.
The focal point will be the Air France restaurant, which will open its doors especially for this occasion. With a capacity of 80 seats, the restaurant will offer an original gastronomic experience. This pop-up restaurant will offer culinary delights identical to those exclusively served in Business Class on long-haul Air France flights.
Award-winning French chef with three Michelin stars, Arnaud Lallement, will create delicious dishes on the restaurant's à la carte menu. With a choice of meat, poultry, fish or vegetarian options, the dishes on the restaurant's menu in July will be renewed in August. The menu will feature desserts by Nina Métayer, recently named the world's best pastry chef in 2024 by the World's 50 Best Restaurants Awards. The offer will also include a selection of wines, champagnes and a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. With an appetizer, a main course, a selection of cheeses and a dessert, each "French" meal will be served on crockery specially designed for Air France by Jean-Marie Massaud, in an environment that resembles that of an airplane, integrating the gastronomic pleasure of Business Class.
A unique opportunity to discover the Air France experience…
In the showrooms, visitors will also be able to view the signature red dress with endless train, designed by Rabih Kayrouz and featured in the Air France video. They will also be able to try out the company's latest Business cabin, equipped with new sliding doors that provide greater comfort and privacy. Through virtual reality, those interested will be able to visit the cockpit of the Airbus A350, the jewel of the company's long-haul fleet. Air France will also set up large information screens so that visitors can learn more about the company's attitudes and commitments towards sustainable development and be informed about activities related to decarbonisation, in particular the increased use of sustainable aviation fuels, fleet renewal, the development of eco-pilot practices and intermodality ( integration of different types of transport into a single transport system).
The new Air France Shopping product lines, which will be presented soon, will be exclusively on sale in this space. And finally, a competition will be organized for two tickets for long-haul flights in Business class to one of the destinations in the company's network*.
