Damir is the host of Croatians Saturday Live and the editor and host of the podcast "Kava s Damirom".
He is a Doctor of Science and a graduate engineer in naval architecture. He received his PhD from the Faculty of Engineering in Rijeka, where he was employed from 2008 to 2021 and earned the title of assistant professor.
He worked as a sales designer at several Croatian shipyards, was a Croatian language translator for the American International Health Alliance, and was an editor at Croatian Radio from May 2023 to February 2024.
He is a member of the Royal Institute of Naval Architects, the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers, as well as the Croatian folklore group Kardinal Stepinac.
