This luxury spa management concept, which has been setting standards in the beauty and wellness industry in Croatia and Austria for more than 15 years, has become synonymous with top care and relaxation.
They operationally manage spa centers under their own brand or under the brand of the hotel, providing excellently educated spa employees, comprehensive in-house marketing and top quality products from the world's leading spa brands such as Natura Bissé and Omorovicza. They bring a new level of luxury and innovation to the world of beauty and wellness, take care of spa areas and perform sauna rituals, fitness and provide wellness counseling for hotel guests.

When did your business story in the beauty industry begin?
I gained my work experience in management positions in the spa industry, cosmetics and FMCG sector, which allowed me to get to know in detail all aspects of business processes from sales and production to marketing. I am particularly proud of the exceptional results I have achieved in leading teams and successfully implementing complex projects. Following market trends, I recognized the growing need for a holistic approach, which became the basis for our vision and philosophy.
What products can we find and try in your spa?
We cooperate with the world's leading brands that also operate on the American market, namely Natura Bissé and Omorovicza.
Natura Bissé is known for its innovative approach to skin care, which emphasizes the power of touch and the strong connection between the product and the hands of the therapist. As an exclusive partner for Croatia, we are dedicated to maintaining their excellence and creating unforgettable moments of relaxation for our clients.
On the other hand, Omorovicza brings the incredible healing power of Hungarian thermal waters. This brand believes that the future of beauty does not include harmful ingredients, but relies on ancient natural phenomena and advanced scientific development. Their patented Healing Concentrate allows deeper absorption of minerals into the epidermis, resulting in outstanding results. Our treatments with Omorovicza products not only restore and nourish the skin, but also provide an overall feeling of revitalization, bringing the body and mind back into balance.
Which hotels do you currently cooperate with?
We have the honor of cooperating with numerous renowned hotels, including those from the Valamar group, TUI Blue, Bluesun and many others. In addition, we manage one of the leading spa centers in the region, located within the Sun Gardens Dubrovnik resort. That resort attracts many guests from America, which further inspired us to expand our presence and open a company in the American market.
These collaborations enable us to provide our clients with superior spa services in luxurious settings, thereby further strengthening our position in the market.
