The largest, best and longest-running conference for business networking in Croatia and the diaspora - MEETING G2 - will be held on November 14 and 15, 11 in Zagreb at the Westin Hotel.
This jubilee year at the Conference, we will have the opportunity to listen to several panels on hot topics such as demography and education, those in which there is interest in investments from the diaspora such as tourism or assistance to Banovina to the presentation of other Croatian chambers of commerce that operate around the world, and whose entrepreneurs in Croatia are not informed about the operation.
But the biggest news at the Conference is award ceremony "MG2 Excellence" within which it will be distributed 10 exclusive prizes for 10 successful Croatian women and men, 10 business people from Croatia and the world. The award is intended to recognize people who strengthen economic ties between Croatia and the diaspora and vice versa, and who have achieved exceptional business success during their professional careers. Each of the laureates will receive a statue of the stone sail of Mate Croata, and the Croatian public will be especially interested in the laureates from abroad, because they are extremely successful people about whom little is known in Croatia.
The first day of the Conference is usually reserved for "Who's Who in G2?", a program that offers all participants the opportunity to briefly introduce themselves and exchange contacts with others. We begin in a festive tone with the now traditional wine panel - sparkling wines of Croatia. We believe that our loyal participants will be delighted by the continuation of this tradition of presenting Croatian wines and wine regions. This is followed by a formal dinner where business collaborations are created.
The second day will be marked by a panel discussion about investing and entering the Croatian market, demography and the labor market, a gathering of representatives of the largest Croatian chambers and associations in the world, we will talk about education, AI, exciting projects that are being launched in Croatia, a new view of tourism, cultural heritage and business opportunities which are found in that area.
