Vila Vragadinac obilovala je miševima. Pogotovo u konobu, iza gustirne, u šufit  i u špajizu blizu kužine. A vrota od špajize nisu ašetovala i kroz njih se mogo provuć manji miš. Tako da je mama u dotu dobila uz ostale muke i borbu s miševima. Za početak je, kad je kupila kredencu, s njon kupila i kašun. Pisala sam o temu kašunu kojega je unuka Mireja od milja nazvala komodicom jer bi ona na toj komodici zakunjala ko dite za dugih popodnevno-večernjih nedjeljnih posjeta noni Jelki gledojuć vatru i žerave u špaheru. Otac Venko uvik je doma nosi svakakve odbočene stvori, a nojveće smeće. Tako jo još uvik imon modru dolčevitu cilu iskrpjenu i talijonsku crvenu vjetrovku koja mi danas služi kad gren u pečurve da me lovci ne upučedu i da me muž nojde kad se izgubin u šumu. Te dvi stvori tata je nošo na smeće i s njima je slavodobitno mami doni ogromni crni debeli hulahop u koji je ona mogla stat.
