Paulina weaves Croatian folklore, myth, and Jungian psychology into stories that reveal the hidden truths of our own lives. Today, we turn to the Zmaj – the dragon of Croatian legend.
A creature of fire and awe, feared for its destructive power, yet also revered for the primal energy it carries. And woven through this story is another theme that I am very passionate about, one that Jung gave a name to: synchronicities.
Those mysterious coincidences that are not mere chance, but meaningful patterns that guide us, revealing a hidden order at work between the inner and the outer world. Together, the dragon and synchronicities open us to a deeper question: what happens when the signs of the world begin to lead us? Let’s now step into my story of The Zmaj & Synchronicities.
