Croatian World Cup Celebration in Philadelphia on June 26th

A Croatian American organization announces the Croatian Cultural Heritage World Cup Soccer Celebration in Philadelphia, PA on Friday, June 26.

The National Federation of Croatian Americans Cultural Foundation is proud to announce the Friday, June 26th 
Croatian Cultural Heritage-World Cup Soccer Celebration in Philadelphia at: The Liberty Point Restaurant at Penns Landing Amphitheater on the Delaware River at 211 South Columbus Boulevard.

The evening reception with wonderful Croatian entertainment will allow Croatian soccer fans from near and far to gather in Philadelphia to celebrate together the night before the all important match for “Vatreni” against Ghana at the Philadelphia Stadium at 5:00pm.

All Croatians in attendance that night will be thoroughly entertained and singing along with the 
“Acoustica Duo” of Zovne and Marko, the sensational Croatian American Band from New York City,  playing today’s and yesterday’s Croatian hits. Tommi Mischell, Croatian American singer and songwriter will be a featured special guest performer. Also, Ludin and Jay Lee, a Zagreb rap duo, will perform live for their supporters, the anthem, “Idemo na Vrh” or “We Are Going to the Top.” Performances will take place at Penns Landing Amphitheater.

Dinner offerings will be heavy hors d’oeuvres and appetizers for 2.5 hours and with a cash bar.
