Bank of America’s Daniella Zunic is building the future of AI in global markets – and just getting started.
When Daniella Zunic joined Bank of America as an intern in 2022, few could have predicted that less than four years later she’d be opening the Nasdaq. On April 29, the software engineer and AI specialist stood on the iconic floor alongside fellow Women’s Bond Club Rising Star Award winners, a recognition she earned by doing work that most of her peers are still trying to understand.
“Push the boundaries of AI in finance” isn’t a tagline for Zunic. It’s her job description.
As an Assistant Vice President at Bank of America, she delivers Generative AI and Agentic AI applications for Global Markets. She holds a Computer Science degree from Boston College and is completing her Master’s in AI at Georgia Tech – all while shaping how one of the world’s biggest banks thinks about intelligent systems.
